For the duration of Hebden Bridge Open Studios 2020 items can be picked up at one of the studios based in Hebden Bridge town centre.

Delivery

“In the Studio” pots are on hand in the studio and will ship within 10 days of a placed order. When the order is ready to ship, a tracking e-mail will be sent to the e-mail listed on the order form.

Shipping

All products are shipped from Hebden Bridge to locations within the U.K. via Hermes and postage and packing is based on the weight and the size of the item. All ceramic are sent in double walled card board boxes to protect the item from damage.

Returns

Each piece is handcrafted and carefully described in each listing. Therefore unless broken or damaged in transit all sales are final. Please check sizes to make sure this is the perfect size before you purchase. Each piece is as close in size and shape as Handmade allows. The listings are described and pictured to best represent the work.

I have worked hard to create just the perfect piece for you so if you are still dissatisfied please contact me and I will do my utmost to rectify the situation. Please insure your return when shipping. A restocking fee may be applied. If any piece is broken on the return shipment the ceramic piece will not be replaceable. As with any piece of functional art it is meant to be held, loved and enjoyed.
